¿HABEMUS PLAN DE IGUALDAD?

Hoy hemos recibido el Plan de Igualdad para HP Procesos de Negocios España, aunque el resto de Compañías (HP Outsourcing, HP Consultoría, etc.) tiene el mismo y solo cambian el título según corresponda y teniendo en cuenta que no compartimos Convenio Colectivo con ninguna otra Entidad Legal encontramos el primer error de este Plan, claro que no es el único.

 Solo aplicando nuestro Convenio Contact Center leemos en su Artículo 87 que:

[…] y siempre que exista acuerdo en cada empresa entre la Dirección y los representantes legales de los trabajadores, se establecerán a través de la elaboración de un Plan de Igualdad, que deberá ser objeto de desarrollo en los términos y condiciones establecidos legalmente.

Las medidas de igualdad que se adopten se ajustarán en todo caso, a las siguientes previsiones:

– Las empresas elaborarán y aplicarán un plan de igualdad, previa negociación o consulta, en su caso, con la representación legal de los trabajadores (RLT) y trabajadoras, cuando la autoridad laboral hubiera acordado en un procedimiento sancionador la sustitución de las sanciones accesorias por la elaboración y aplicación de dicho plan, en los términos que se fijen en el indicado acuerdo.

Desde nuestra Sección Sindical de CCOO en HP Procesos hemos intentado negociar este plan totalmente impuesto por HP, la cual se ha negado a sentarse para debatir todos los puntos remitidos y un plan más acorde con nuestro Convenio y ha aprovechado que 1 Comité dijo que lo aceptaba para implantarlo a los otros 5.

Mientras estos 18 meses, hemos acudidos estupefactos a reuniones a las que HP no se ha presentado, discriminación continuada de la RLT, denuncias ante Inspección de Trabajo por parte de CCOO indicando la ilegalidad del texto impuesto y que han sido perdidas gracias a las ganas de protagonismo de otros y las prisas de otros que han hecho que un plan con el que no estamos de acuerdo ahora sea oficial para 2.300 personas.

Durante los 19 meses que quedan hasta 2014 lucharemos para cambiar este texto en la Comisión de Seguimiento ya que perjudica más que ayuda a la “Igualdad en HP Procesos”
