Hoy día 5 de enero del 2015 nos hemos reunido en el Ayuntamiento con el grupo municipal del BNG, en donde se ha expuesto la problemática que está viviendo la plantilla de HP de los centros de A Coruña.
Por parte del Xose Manuel Carril, portavoz del BNG en el Ayuntamiento, nos ha manifestado su total apoyo y su disposición para presentar conjuntamente con el resto de los grupos municipales una moción en el próximo pleno del ayuntamiento. Tras la reunión mantenida con el BNG, se ha llevado a cabo una rueda de prensa con distintos medios locales y nacionales para hacer público el problema que nos afecta a todos.

Rueda de prensa en donde los compañeros Ángela y Roi tomaron la palabra para exponer nuestro problema.
En los próximos días nos reuniremos también con los grupos municipales del PSOE y EU.Asimismo comunicaros que a fecha de hoy seguimos sin haber recibido ninguna noticia por parte de HP y en relación a los últimos rumores existentes en la empresa no podemos confirmaros ninguno de ellos.
Ante cualquier noticia os mantendremos informados.
COMUNICADO CONJUNTO COMITÉS A GRELA Y POCOMACO II

enero 2, 2015 5:30 A lo largo de estos días han surgido en torno al comunicado que se ha emitido el día 24 de diciembre, donde se os comunicaba el calendario de movilizaciones acordado por parte de los dos Comités de Empresa, una serie de dudas y preguntas que intentaremos responder hoy:

– ¿Con qué fin se convocan las movilizaciones para los días 8, 15 y 30 de enero? 

Estas movilizaciones pretenden mostrar a todas las partes implicadas en este proceso, que se debe contar con la plantilla en la toma de decisiones que afecten al conjunto de la misma y se sienten de forma inmediata a negociar con la Representación Legal de los Trabajadores. Es inconcebible que desde el 3 de diciembre absolutamente ninguna persona de RRHH/RRLL hubiese contactado con nosotros para facilitarnos la información a la que legalmente están obligados, hecho que se ha denunciado ante Inspección de Trabajo.

Desde la RLT no podemos mantenernos expectantes a las decisiones que se tomen desde los despachos, sin poder influir ni negociar el mantenimiento de nuestros puestos de trabajo y derechos. Para ello es más que IMPORTANTE que exista un apoyo masivo por parte de todos vosotros, seamos más conscientes que nunca, y no olvidemos que la fuerza de un Comité de Empresa radica en el apoyo de la plantilla que tiene detrás. 

– Se nos ha trasladado que por parte de algún responsable se ha indicado que actualmente nuestros puestos de trabajo están asegurados, que existe un listado de trabajadores/ras para ser traspasados a la nueva empresa y que si se va a la huelga pueden ser tachados de la supuesta lista.

En primer lugar, este tipo de afirmaciones por parte de cualquier persona, ya sea responsable de un servicio o no, en la que de forma velada se está advirtiendo de las posibles consecuencias por secundar dichas movilizaciones constituyen un delito contra un derecho fundamental reconocido en la Constitución Española en su art. 28.2.
En segundo lugar, si existe dicha lista o los puestos están asegurados, la RLT lo desconoce, por lo que os animamos a solicitar por escrito dichas afirmaciones en la que se os aseguran vuestros puestos de trabajo. ¿¿Será que algún responsable si tiene su puesto asegurado sea quien sea el proveedor de ABANCA y por ello les interesa que no se lleven a cabo las huelgas??

– ¿Cómo trabajador/ra que presta servicios a EVO BANCO y Servihabitat puedo secundar dichas movilizaciones? ¿Me afecta lo que está sucediendo con ABANCA?

La convocatoria de movilizaciones se realiza para la totalidad de la plantilla de HP, con independencia de los clientes a los que se presta servicio debido a la nula información facilitada por la dirección de RRHH/RRLL a día de hoy. Por lo tanto no sabemos cuáles son sus intenciones sobre la duración de los contratos actualmente existentes con EVO BANCO y Servihabitat ni si se seguirán prestando desde los centros de HP A CORUÑA o si se descentralizarían en otros centros que HP mantiene en España.

Instamos a todos los compañeros/as a que cualquier rumor/información de relevancia sea puesto en conocimiento de cualquiera de los miembros de los Comités de Empresa con el fin de poder analizar la información y contrastarla. Asimismo os solicitamos que nos transmitáis cualquier intento de presión por parte de la empresa o compañeros/as para no ejercer libremente el derecho que os ampara para secundar las movilizaciones.
