CONVENIO CONTACT CENTER

En la reunión de la mesa de convenio del 15 de marzo le hemos dejado claro a la patronal que las cuestiones que retiraban en la reunión anterior no nos parecen un avance significativo, ya que en realidad para nosotros eran inasumibles.
Así, aparte de las medidas inaceptables, la mayoría las matizaban un poco, pero seguían empeñados en mantenerlas, estando muy lejos de las posturas que defendemos desde CCOO. Por ello, le hemos vuelto a recordar los puntos fundamentales de nuestras reivindicaciones:
– Aumentar las horas de contratación (más jornadas completas).
– Solucionar los abusos en el tiempo de trabajo (jornada irregular, festivos?)
– Una subida salarial digna, que recupere nivel adquisitivo.
– La conversión de todos los obras y servicios de antes de junio de 2010 en indefinidos.
– Solucionar los temas de la subcontratación por ETT.

La próxima reunión, prevista para el 05 de abril, debe servir para que nos digan de una vez por todas si están dispuestos a buscar puntos reales de encuentro en estas propuestas.
Desde CCOO, como sabéis, hemos iniciado una recogida de firmas que están llevando a cabo nuestros/as delegados/as, y que os animamos a firmar masivamente, pero hemos decidido no presentarlas aún en esta reunión, ante la magnífica acogida que está teniendo esta medida, para que podáis seguir firmando aquellas/os que aún no lo habéis podido hacer. También estamos pidiendo a las empresas que nos faciliten la información que legalmente creemos corresponde en cuanto a los contratos por ETT.
En esa reunión les presentaremos definitivamente estas firmas, y si no hay avances, tendremos que seguir incrementando el nivel de presión, mediante acciones que hagan recapacitar a la patronal que no podemos seguir así.
